How would Vikavolt be with these stats?
40/100/100/100/100/100
My reasoning:
Yes, it's a 'common bug', but you can't evolve it until the last island. As is, this makes no sense. But being a common bug with 540 would justify late evolution, though UlaUla still seems more logical, especially given that trial.
Also, those stats reflect its design to me. It's a lightning charged armored beetle with a bladed railgun for a face. Tgat tells me bulky, fast, and dangerous. But under the shell it would be fragile, hence low HP.
Would it be decent like this? If not what stats does it need?

Switch its Attack and Speed. Give it No Guard as an HA. Poof, now he's something more than Fabio Lite, maybe evenUU.
