Are you in-game or looking for a PvP Toxapex?

In-game, it's default ability Merciless is the best as it will quicken the pace of a fight by amplifying Tox's meager offenses. For PvP Regenerator is best.

In-game, your main win-condition will be poisoning the enemy and then hitting them with a Merciless-boosted Venoshock.

Toxic/Toxic Spikes/Baneful Bunker
Venoshock
Scald/Surf/Liquidation
Ice Beam/Recover

Toxic is the most reliable way to poison; Baneful Bunker has the most overall utility but requires prediction of unpredictable enemy AI. Toxic Spikes has the most potential in a single turn but a variety of pokemon are immune/neutralize it.

thanks anon, I normally don't do PvP but like to train pokemon even if I would never use them, las gen I trained druddigons like a joke and honedges for PvP even if I never played it. Right now I am training dragonites and toxapexes.
