Why are day and night time so strange?
I mostly play from let's say 5pm to 11pm or maybe midnight. Somewhere in that range.
So I bought Sun for the default "time", thinking it would make me start out playing during the day, then have a nice sunset and maybe at like 9 pm turn to night.
But no, this game is already full night time at only SIX PM. I basically play fully at night now and wish I had grabbed Moon instead.
Why the hell is it already dark with stars out at 6pm? Why does Nurse Joy say "You're up late" when I visit the pokecenter at 6pm?
Daylight savings?

But it depends on your 3ds' time, so that doesn't play a role. It's just programmed to go full night at 6pm 3ds time already. Which I find ridiculous. What is this, Northern Alaska?

6pm is full dark in Winter for east coast Australia.
Moon just sets its clock back 12 hours. That's why Nurse Joy says you're up late. Kind of a cheap workaround, but whatever.

>implying good kids dont go to bed at 5pm
bad anon
I guess the problem stems from them having an equally long day and night, which usually never happens in real life. Night is pretty much always shorter, unless you live in some extreme places
