This thing won't stay in the ball. I have thrown countless, while it's paralyzed and in red, and most of the time it won't even shake once. Koko and Lele took less than ten balls each. Wtf is going on?

Will-o-Wisp it. The burn and aqua ring heal are the same value, so you can false swipe it and it wont die or be healed.

Burn doesn't boost catch rate like par and sleep do. And the healing is easy to deal with since it takes 3 aqua ring heals from 1hp to put it in yellow.

Yes it does. Burn and Paralysis have the same modifier.
