Just make it so you don't have to sit through the fucking Shields Down animation at the start of a fight, or at least let it say Shields Up or something. Otherwise he's fucked, frail setup sweepers haven't been good for a long time. ShellSmash sweep is perfectly usable in Tree though.

Probably won't be salvageable for Rating battle, though. Then again I'm still training up a team and I have no idea what the on-cart meta is like.

Nah, power gem is a good move but on minior it's wasted. Minior is better for physical. Stone Edge has better power, physical, and the accuracy is decent.

I'll take 20% less power (plus the ability to wallbreak) over a 20% chance to miss any day. Everyone knows in practice 20% means missing three times in a row whenever it means the difference between a win and a loss.
