No. When multiples appear you need to catch all of them before you can move on to the next ones

Unfortunately the last UB in the quest is singular. There's only one of it.
You also have to catch all the UBs (and finish the quest) to trigger a legendary to show up.
You could complete the entire rest of the Pokedex minus one legendary and one UB while still having access to lookers unlimited supply of Beast Balls.

I was planning on doing this for other reasons.
And then i remembered the "no item transfers"
and the having to start over from rank 1 or w/e in Festival Plaze.
And then i remembered that i hate myself just enough to go through the mess of collecting all my items and ranking my Plaza back up.
