It depends on what you did. I got an in game error telling me to shut off my 3ds when I was attempting to trade on the GTS, but my suspension only lasted at the most 2 hours.

Seems like it. I'm hoping disconnectors in battlespot get banned too, but if they do it seems like the bans are split
