Fuck that's a really bad stat to get a near minimum roll.

There were 3 other ones (Sp.Atk, Attack, Speed) that it wouldn't be a big loss. I guess use it if you want but it's really gimped.

It's a strong defensive pokemon.

Typing is good enough, defensive stats are awesome, great support movepool with toxic, recover, toxic spikes setup & haze, etc.

Also baleful bunker is pretty cool.
