Not even all of this place.

And even then, you only need the region, Colress, N, Roxie and maybe Ghetsis.
The rest is mostly trash.

They took them out to have the trainers on screen all the time.
The game could barely handle that many Pokémon in screen at once, the 3DS would crash if they tried to force the trainers in there too.
