I had the hardest time with Bulu honestly. Difficulty in capturing them for me would be Bulu>Fini>Lele>Koko. Fini would come out on top due to Aqua Ring if Bulu didn't eat through SIXTY EIGHT FUCKING ULTRA BALLS.
