You beat a Pokemon to within an inch of its life, and while it sits there on the brink of death you use it as bait while it cries for help in vain. All it can do while futilely fighting back is watch as all of the innocent Pokemon who come to help are swatted aside and crushed while you lord over your bloody victim. And to add insult to injury, and because your thirst for blood cannot be sated so easily, you gas it with a neurotoxin to increase its adrenaline so it can feel fear and panic in a more intense form.
This is what Pokemon has become.

So am I right in guessing every 10 SOS pokemon defeated results in another guaranteed 31 IV Stat?

Dunno about every 10, but it definitely goes up. I think 4 is max, though.
