>>
True Defender
10 PP
The user's defense and special defense temporarily go up two levels, and the Pokémon takes all attacks for it's partner, if a multi targeting move is used, it will take that attack twice.
The defense boost isn't applied if used twice in a row.
>>
>Transmute
15 PP.
Psychic type status move.
The user sacrifices their held item in return for certain effects associated with the item. Most items just restore a varying amount of HP to the user, but a number can raise their stats or even change their ability.

For example Choice Band sharply increases their attack, Choice Scarf sharply increases their speed, Rocky Helmet grants Iron Barbs, Weakness Policy grants Filter, Eject Button grants Emergency Exit, etc.

Most Pokemon that can obtain and use new items on their own mid-battle can learn Transmute. For example Hoopa, Weavile, Shiftry and Delphox.

4. Scout

>Acts like protect, but makes the opponent use another attacking move at random right after the first. Useful for seeing which coverage moves the enemy has.

Works like this: Enemy Floatzel has Crunch, Aqua Jet, Bulk Up, and Superpower. You use Scout, Floatzel uses Crunch. Crunch fails, and then Floatzel immediately uses another attacking move (Aqua Jet or Superpower) so you can see what other moves it has. Same rules as protect (50% chance to fail if used consecutively, etc)

Example Pokemon that can learn it:

Here are some Z-move ideas.

- Naturia's Shield
The pokemon must know the move Spiky Shield. Sharply raises Def abd SpDef after usage. The opposing pokemon looses 1/4 of its Max HP if made contact.

- Witchcraft Summon Blaze
The user must know the move Mystical Fire. Base 160 move, sharply lowers the target's Atk and SpAtk aside from inflicting gamage.

- Thousand shooting shurikens
The user must know Water Shuriken. Base 175 power, sharply saises Speed and by 1 stage Evasiones

- Flora Hurricane
The user must know the move Leaf Storm. 220 base power, hits both opponents, 50% chance of confusing the target/s.

- Purity Light Raid
The user must know the move Luster's Purge. Base 150 power, sets up Psychic Terrain after usage.

- Magical Mist Bomb
The user must know the move Mist Ball. Base 150 power. Sets up Misty Terrain after usage.

- Life Sucking Root Attack
The user must know the move Strength Sap. The highest stat of the opponent decides the amount of damage this move will do. 100% depending of letting them paralyzed.

- Solar Radio Strike
The user must know the move Solar Blade or Solar Beam. Base 240 move. Sets up the Sun after usage. If the pokemon that uses this move is a Grass type, there Atk/SpAtk (depending the move used) and Speed get boosted by 2 and the rest by one.

- Phoenix Rebith Flash
The user must know the move Sacred Fire (Entei can't use it). Base 250. The user feints instantly, but if one pokemon in the party is fainted, it will be revived instantly (it depends on the order).

- Oceanic Vortex Wrath
The user must know the move Aeroblast. Base 250. Deals SE damage on pokemon weak to Water.

Master of Illusions
Usuable by Zoroark's Night Daze when holding Zoroarkium Z
Zoroark forces the opponent to switch out, but the Pokemon the opponent sees brought in is not the one that is actually brought in. The user of Zoroark then either has the option to switch Zoroark out, or simply create the illusion of switching Zoroark out.
The opponent cannot switch next turn, and their illusion ends at the end of the next turn or if they take damage.

I was thinking of something like this, but to me it seems like boosting poison moves while also dealing damage is too strong. Sunny Day/Rain Dance/Hail/Sandstorm all only do one or the other.

What if it damages non-poison types and instead of boosting poison moves it allows steel types to be damaged by poison moves while under its effect?

Can be learned by Inkay, Malamar, Sableye, Zoroark, Purrloin, Liepard, Absol, Shiftry family, Umbreon. Mainly "mystical" dark types.

>Bold Counterstrike

With maximum priority, the user dares the target to attack it, redirecting their incoming attack to the user. The damage from the target's attack is delayed until the end of the turn.
