Black Hole Eclipse feels wrong on so many Dark-types because most are just thugs or hungry monsters, not magical creatures capable of creating black holes (by Pokemon standards).

It works great on Darkrai though. Like an offensive, uber Dark Void. With greater accuracy than Sing or Hypnosis.

The Bug Z-Move really only works on Ariados or Galvantula. Araquanid too, I guess

Hydro Vortex looks pretty devastating with Wishiwashi. As long as it's in school form, but if you use it in solo form you're pretty much an idiot.

I'd say it fits Guzzlord, Hoopa Unbound, Yveltal, Hydreigon, Darkrai, Absol, Umbreon, maybe Shiftry, and maybe Tyranitar. Doesn't quite fit heel wrestlers, mohawk hoodlums, fat rats, angry sharks, or Heathcliff.
