Old fashioned breeding of course. Chaining gets you a decent pokemon fast but you'll be missing nature and ability will be random, you can control all of that with breeding. Hopefully you just have good Dittos to work with and it goes fast.

Bottlecaps are a joke, hard to farm and most importantly they require the pokemon to be level 100 which takes forever and then some in this game. Bottlecapped pokemon also doesn't have true maxed IV's so you can't use it for breeding purposes in the future. The feature is mostly useful for fixing your legendaries/shinies with bad IV's.

Beast balls are 0.1 on normal Pokemon so somewhat. Beldum in one of these is a big one though since it looks cool as shit but Beldum has a catch rate of a legendary and tries to kill itself every turn.
