Marowak worked spectacularly against Koko since it couldn't actually deal a finishing blow.
40 Premier Balls is just annoying. I figured out how to get them for free from the Thrifty MegaMart, but it's tedious enough that I'd like to not do it again. Over 200 Premier Balls should be good enough to catch every Legendary/UB in Sun, since it was enough in OR, but GF nixed my fuckin O-Powers so I have to cheese it harder.

Alolan marowak with lightningrod always worked out for me as well. It can get false swipe, so I'd just paralyze with another pokemon and switch to it for the rest of the battle.

I recommend Wil-o-Wisp to burn Tapu Fini. Thanks to the burn nerf, it now puts out the same amount of damage that Aqua Ring heals.
Just find a way to lower Fini's SpAtk first, like Persian's Snarl.
