This would be fine if it was consistent but it totally fucking isn't. It's infuriating.

Using the Adrenaline Orb should GUARANTEE that they'll call for help every turn and that help will be more likely to come when called.

I just spent a couple of hours getting this fucker on Route 1
He was about 30 or so SOS calls in, on my 3rd attempt.

>Nearly killed my party the process

I was getting ready to be so mad for not catching him but then it worked out.

Too bad his Nature leaves a bit to be desired, but those IVs are pretty satisfying.
