So, with SOS you have to actually fight with a synchronizer pokemon to get the nature you want on reinforcements.

How are you guys dealing with this? Breed 25 abras with Skill Swap?

I didn't and I caught the 6th SOS call. My synchronize timid abra was only out for the beginning of the fight. Maybe I was lucky.

Yes, it also bases it off the nature of the pokemon in your first slot (even if its not a synch) so you only need one abra.
