For what it's worth, here's what I run...

>White Herb

>Naive

>252 Attack
>100 Special Attack
>156 Speed

>Acrobatics
>Earthquake
>Power Gem
>Shell Smash

Might not be the best, but it outspeeds Pheromosa after Shell Smash for what it's worth. The only shortcoming to this li'l guy is the fact that he can still easily get OHKO'd before Shields Down activates. Holding onto it as a late-game sweeper once all of its threats are taken out is probably the best way to play with it.

Hoping to try a full Physical build in the future, but Power Gem does a good job catching people off guard. Might not be worth the trade-off of Naive lowering Special Defense.
