Shiinotic stat spread is actually better than the one of all those pokémon though.
It's a poor man's Amoongus but it will do nice in a lower tier, specially due to its recovery move.

Agree. It should have been an Amoonguss counterpart but I guess they didn't want it for VGC17 so they just went with Parasect.
