No. Modest with assault vest. Has a great special movepool, and assault vest combined with it's HP makes him incredibly specially bulky.

For competitive I can't say as it seems worthless but for a for fun build, I went with 252 HP (just to see it get high) 252 adamant, 6 def with adamant nature. Dragon tail, Crunch, Earthquake, Stone Edge.

Modest/Adamant. Whatever you prefer or get first by soft reseting but it's moveset is trash as well as it's defenses.

It has a huge amount of health but gets chunked easily by anything that's supereffective/strong.
