all ultra beasts do not come from the same world. Ultra space is a gate way world and the only reason they are so powerful is because they were pulled from theyre world and were infused with ultra energy thats why they all have the beast boost ability. If you pulled a Absol from its universe using an ultra wormhole and put it in Buzzwoles universe, it would become an ultra beast and gain the beast boost ability
