Having a rerun of Sun right now and I have this autistic head canon.

Current team consists of:

(a) Dartrix - The cool guy who's not phased about anything. Rarely interacts with its fellow mons, but truly cares about them deep down.

(b) Jangmo-o - The weak one. The one who looks up to his fellow mons. Usually faints in battles and gets avenged by Dartrix. Has a huge deal of respect towards Dartrix in return and promised to be as strong as him in the future. Defeated two Totem Pokemon with him already and he felt a strong sense of accomplishment but still wanna be stronger.

(c) Alolan Persian - This thing evolved at level 10. Wtf? Rarely use him because he's OP as fuck. Is extremely sweet and caring towards Jangmo-o almost like Camilla from Fire Emblem Fates. Protects my MC from danger. Is aggressive towards strangers.

(d) Mareanie - The newly caught one. Reeled in a Corsola and after one SOS, Mareanie popped out. Is very shy towards everyone, but has a crush on Dartrix.

Here's mine:

1.) Decidueye: The lone wolf who often ends up saving the others in their times of desperation, when a fight is about to be lost.

2.) Gumshoos: Very bossy and urgent about battles, trials, etc., but is aware that he can be big-headed at times.

3.) Dugtrio: The brains of the group. Its three members of the trio discuss, assess the situation, and develop a well-thought-out plan of battle.

4.) Persian: Often switches out with Gumshoos and is on good terms with him due to them both being Dark types. A bit full of herself, but she knows how to handle battles.

5.) Ribombee: The "medic" of the group. Allows the others to get healed while he takes hits for 2-3 turns. Loves every member of the team and roots for them.

6.) Golisopod: As a Wimpod, she was often neglected by the group for not doing very well in combat. When she evolved, the team gained newfound respect for her, apologizing for their actions towards her. Forgives them, but she works solo, like Decidueye.

I don't do this on first runs but in nuzlockes I will write out elaborate back stories for every Pokemon and give them their own theme songs that I will play in intense battles. I also feel the urge to buy every piece of clothing in Pokemon moon.
Not super-autistic but I also choose not to evolve many Pokemon.

Finally the main autistic thing I do is a "Faplocke"
I dress up my female character as slutty as I can (did this for Y and started one for Sun) and then every time I beat a gym or trial I will masturbate to my character and create a story in my head about how my girl is a slut and fucks after every victory.

I don't catch any legendaries/special one time only Pokémon until I definitely know what nature I want for them.

Thank God because I was already having enough frustration trying to reset for a certain nature but because you don't get your ID until you get your Pokemon I would have to try and reset until I get a good nature and an ID ending in 0. Considering it takes thirteen minutes from the beginning to getting your starter I just settled for the ID because I can always just get a better starter once I start breeding.

I can't use single typed anymore. I used to not mind if they had good coverage but since around 5th gen I can't bring myself to use one without feeling like it's only half as good as it could be so I'll always pick something with 2 types even if it's weaker or even if it's detrimental

I have a few more. These are nothing compared to other autistic things related to pokemon i've done. In other words, this isn't even my final form.

Every character I play as is the same character, going through each region in the order I played the games. Ruby > FR > HG > Pt > White > White 2 > X > Alpha Sapphire > Sun

There's always a reason that takes him to the next region. Alpha Sapphire, for example is because there's a class reunion at the Rustboro trainer school and then Mega shit goes down. To relax afterwards, he and his best friend (the female PC) go on vacation to Alola, where Ultra Beast shenanigans unwind.

Ghetsis tried to kill them in White. He's arrested and they're forced into witness protection under new names and some vague shit that I haven't fully thought out yet forces them to venture through Unova again.

I like to do symbolic victories against bosses. Like, for the final rival battle of the main story I'll try to finish off their starter with my starter. When I fight the champion and my team starts getting knocked out, I try to leave my starter last to have it be a perfect circle of like, I started the game with you and now I'll finish the game with you.

Every member of my team has to be a different major color, and no overlapping types.
Different shades of the same color are allowed, though, as long as they aren't too similar.

This forces me to use weird stuff on my teams like Seviper in X or Electrode in AS, but that's how it is.

Haven't gotten bored enough with Sun to start doing this yet, but in XY and ORAS I would eventually train everything I ever got to 100 and then put it out on wonder trade.

I named my starter after myself in Crystal. It wasn't even my gender.

For monstrous pokemon, like Tyranitar or Garchomp, I'l only use female versions of those pokemon. I couldn't tell you why.
