Yes. You can fight Ilima at Hau'Oli to the left of the pokecenter there's a house with a pool. He's on the first floor. He'll give you an everstone.
On the 2nd island, after the diglett cave there's a town and in that one you can fight lana and mallow (in moon). On Paniola, also second island, you can fight kiawe (sun)

Ok, I have my 4IV ditto, destiny knot, and everstone. How do I start breeding?

Will it work to just catch any random pokemon that I want a perfect version of, start breeding and then check the eggs and make the best one into the new parent?

Or would it be better to go chaining for the pokemon I want to breed, get a 2- or 3-perfect IV version of that pokemon, then breed it with my ditto?

I am embarrassed to ask for help but I am just confused on the logistics of this. I want to do giveaways but I don't know the best way to start out.

Starting with as many IVs as you can is a good start, and having all 5 relevant IVs between both parents is usually a good way to go. The more IVs between parents, the faster it goes usually.

Destiny knot picks up the 6 stats of each pokemon (12) and gives you 5 of them (which is why you want the most 31 ivs in both), meaning one will always be random.

Pokemon with Alolan formes will always pop out in Alolan formes unless the non Alolan parent is holding an everstone.

You can but there's a weird chain you have to do when breeding normal and Alolan forms. Normal ones are NN, and alola would be nn, breed the two together and you get a normal one that's Nn. Then you have to breed Nn with nn until you get a one that doesn't take the dominant N "gene".
On that note Dream ball A-vulpix might be a nice project.

They're Naive nature for mixed nature.

No, they're doing that because nobody trusts each other. If they'd ask for a Feebas with Prism Scale in return for their own they think someone is just going to give them a normal Feebas with no held item just to rob them. It's like this with every item trade evolution on the GTS and it just stagnates. That's why you should just Link Trade for that kind of stuff here.

Adamant/Jolly are usually go-to's for physical mons, and Timid/Modest for special attackers. It can really depend on the pokemon. Play to the pokemon's strengths, and if it has horrible speed sometimes it's best to take from that (for stuff like Trick Room). You can always ask and see what people would want for a nature.

Natures depend on pokemon, a nature good on one pokemon can be shit on another.

For your example, dhelimise with brave, is the best with it. Brave is +attack and -speed. Because dhelmise has great attack byt bad speed that nature compliments it perfectly.
