I've read about this before. So this is what I do
>Have a Compound Eyes Pokémon (Butterfree is the most easily available)
>Have it at the front of your party
>Faint it (Compund Eyes still in effect)
>Pokémon second to the party with Frisk (so you won't waste time using Thief unnecessarily)
>If Frisk doesn't activate first turn, Run Away and try again
