Why does no one in this fucking region have 6 Pokemon? Why are

People that use 6 poker man are extremely rare in lore

I think it has to do with GF wanting to let the player use Z moves on pretty much every pokemon they battle.

My headcannon is that Raising more than one pokemon at the same time is very dificult and only "special" trainers can do it.
in all honesty is because of the Exp Share. its such a powerfull item that if trainers had more mons it would break the balance of the game.
