So I just beat the game and now I want to go on a catching spree. I can't get my good catching mon (Gallade) until bank comes out. What's the best pokemon in gen 7 to catch things with? Something with a sleep/para move and can learn False Swipe preferably

The Mystery Gift Munchlax (comes with Hold Back, which is just the event version of false swipe) and can learn Yawn so it can put grass types to sleep. Even comes with Happy Hour so you can grind money too if need be.

Parasect had a million times better attack than Smeargle. It learns Spore for 100% chance of sleep, and then just use the TM for False Swipe.
