There's a concerning vulnerability to Ground present in that team without Silvally. Although only two Pokemon are super effected by it, there are no Pokemon who resist it in addition to having enough bulk to tank hits upon switch in. Since Grass Silv would be useless, I went with Flying.

Surf is to attack Ground/Rock types, which Pyuk can't do. Draco Meteor has been more useful than you think. For instance, I play AG, so it came in handy against Guzzlord and Zygarde. This necessitated Silv being a mixed attacker which is why there are EVs in both attack stats. He's not fast to begin with so there's no need to invest fully in speed. Roar is just straight up necessary and has come in handy a couple of times so far.
