Spirit Shackle should have a Pursuit effect so that Spirit Shackle can trap pokemon before they have a chance to switch out (plus the double base power). It makes no sense that a powerful archer like Decidueye can't kill someone with a single arrow before they escape.

There's better Pokemon that can trap. Use arena trap/spirit tag/magnet pull like literally everyone else, you child.
