Should have took 15 away from both defenses and dumped them in Atk and Speed. As it stands now, pretty much anything it can do is outclassed by other Pokemon. The only unique thing it can do is Choice Band Explosion + Parting Shot. It's like Mew where it can technically fulfill every role from sweeper to wall, but its outclassed in every way and stuck using Taunt + WoW.

Wouldn't work. There's not an actual frustration gauge, rather, the happiness meter starts at 0 and goes up to 255. Frustration is at max power at 0 happiness, while Return is at max at 255.

Evolving knowing Frustration would work though.

Silvally feels like a Pokemon where you have to actually think of the strengths of the type you're using to get the most out of him. Poison Memory makes him a solid Tapu killer who is faster than a lot of other viable poisons but generally bulkier than those that do outspeed it. Electric Memory makes him one of the few Sword Dancers in the entire game not fucked by Thunder Wave. Dark Memory has potential as an anti-prankstermon due to the buff this gen. Ghost Memory makes him a bulky spinblocker with an actually solid physical STAB and a good pivot move option. Grass Memory gives immunity to Spore and Leech Seed while having a movepool to check other grassmons. Every form technically has access to Draco Meteor, if you find yourself not needing it on a dragon...for some reason. His applications are going to be stuff like that. Type and team specific needs. Not saying he's pure OU or anything but he feels extremely tactical to get the most out of him for your particular team.

Kinda wish the Memories changed all of its Normal moves to the type it was holding now that I think about it. Would have been a nice trade-off for Multi Attack being weaker than Judgment and the Memories not giving a boost like the Plates do. Access to things like Double Hit, Crush Claw, Explosion and Tri Attack with any type could have been really unique...though Multi Attack would have been outclassed by Return unless it had another effect in this scenario.

Type: Null is an unevolved form of a recreation of God. If anything it should've been 59 in all stats and evolved into Silvally to have 95 in all stats. Or have Silvally be 100 in all stats, it's not like that would make it good to begin with. The very concept is a shittier version of Arceus

The problem is that it doesn't have enough good moves. If it had recovery the a bulky set would be great, and if it got Extremespeed it could do a baby version of Extremekiller. 95 flatline is ok stats, but it misses the moves that help it use said stats.

You can pick up the lore for it by looking around the labs, and when you learn its evolution is by happiness it heartwarming that Gladion got it, his Golbat, and a Riolu to evolve for him.
