I dont know how to feel, I'm both lucky and unlucky at the same time.

Anyways, what's the best way to run this girl? Besides Blizzard and Moonblast (or Dazzling Gleam) what else can you use?

Use a bottle cap to make its speed max, use blizzard moonblast and aurora veil, not sure about the fourth move

Aurora veil is a TM, but I'd say Freeze Dry is quite important on it. Maybe keep breeding it, don't waste the time grinding to bottle cap that speed until you have everything you need.
