I heard that Corsola cries for help but toxapex comes by instead. It might be a thing where it attracts predators on accident.

Kangaskhan is a mother Pokemon, so naturally it will want to defend an orphan crying for help.
The stupid theory makes no sense since the skull Cubone wears doesn't even resemble Kangaskhan's head at all
