Hyper Beam may honestly be not a bad idea. The sheer amount of damage the Z-Hyper Beam can deal without setup is a huge amount of unexpected pressure that can break up a strategy if going for Z-Conversion just is not an option. Better yet, you still have the option to go Hyper Beam immediately after a Z-Hyper Beam or if you end up switching. Its a great way to clear up late game, recharge time be dammed.
