I got pushed into this fight without being able to save beforehand. How do I get one with a good nature?

I just ran from the battle. Once Lillie finally got hr dumb ass out of Alola, I marched right back to the ruins of conflict and nabbed him. Recommended natures would be: Naive = Timid > Hasty (though hasty is certainly usable).
