Post-game is pretty brutal to do straight away without any further training to an E4 team that barely got by.

I wandered into the Battle Tree without saving or healing up first.
I got through by using a shit ton of items, but it wasn't pretty. With the rest of the game either healing you or letting you postpone battles first, it came as a bit of a surprise.
