How do I EV-train in this generation? I just fought a 30 chain

Best way is chaining but only with pokerus and items. Also Poke pelago is pretty good if you leave you plan to do something else while leaving your 3DS aside.
I have not tried festival plaza facilities since it takes a long time to upgrade them, but some people say it's better.

I'll just do Poke pelago. I can have the game EV my Pokemon for me while I do other stuff. Seems Good.

My pokemons aren't ev trained and don't have good IVs but grinding BP is pretty easy. Do battle royal and use TM Protect on all of your pokemon, predict moves, kill as much as you can . Remember to turn off animations and increase text speed in options to grind as fast as possible.
