these plus swellow. specs scrappy boomburst, plus 125 speed and u-turn make it a pretty decent thread now, even with only 75 sp.atk. its sp.atk went from 50 to 75, which is a huge increase for it.

masquerain is also better now for lower tiers, but not so much higher ones.
