It can hit anywhere between 2 to 5 times.

If Gamefreak actually took the time to make it any better than it already is (if it isn't treated as a Mega then it will most likely be a staple in every team until the post-Bank VGC), they could have just made Battle Bond GUARANTEE the five hits.

Also Zarel fucked up and it's only 1.5x on Greninjash Water Shuriken. it's supposed to be at minimum as good as tech-bullet punch. at average is better than EXspeed, 4 hits is better than hydro, 5 hits is literally hydro cannon.
