I'm saying Power Construct Zygarde 50%, the forme that everyone uses to become Zygarde 100%, is too good for OU and will, at some point down the road, get a suspect test and get formally banned from Smogon Gen VII OU.

Not going to speak for Power Construct Zygarde 10% because I don't know how reliably it can set up, or for either Aura Break variant. The game counts Power Construct Zygarde as different formes to Aura Break Zygarde, so they should be tiered differently just like how Battle Bond Greninja is tiered differently from other Greninja.
