I'll take that hidden ability hunting is slightly more awkward but at least you can do it early on - EV training in the new system is much, much more convenient.

I won't miss waiting 20 seconds for five pokemon to spend turns doing nothing of any value, even with battle effects turned off.

iirc, horde training was the way to go in XY. SOS is basically the same. The only issue is resetting EVs isn't as easy.

It took me 30 minutes tops to get a pokemon from 0 to 510 with vitamins and super training.

I could train an entire team in just a few hours.

There's a few ways. Some NPC give it to you, you can win it in the Festival Plaza lottery, and you have a small chance (like 1 %) to find one while fishing in Poni Island (and maybe other spots idk).
