Yes available early and consistently useful once you evolve Cutiefly. There's a few noticeable gaps in its coverage but the signature bug move you get at 25 is very strong for the mid game

Most consistent Pokemon on my team. It single handedly took down one of the E4 members, and it didn't even have a type advantage. Wasn't overleveled either.

I think it's on Route 3 or 4 on Melemele Island.

Ribombee is great because it's like one of the three easily catchable alolans that can actually outspeed things.
