Grimer is god-tier for early game. Bite kills everything, even if resisted, and Poison Touch activates almost every time.

Unfortunately, mine started dropping off around Ula'Ula, so I'm looking forward to it evolving.

Minior is also so much fun, really tanky while doing damage, and the passive blocks status moves. Then once the shield goes down you just annihilate shit.

The colors are also cool.

I underestimated the power of water bubble+infestation and decent bulk and with a good offensive nature (adamant) I can't wait to use it with physical water attacks and evolve it

Rockruff takes some time to be good, it gets better once you get Lycanrock though, so stick with it.

Lycanrock wrecks everything that doesn't resist rock in my party.

I've been surprised at how good Magnemite has been. I only picked one up due to trying to fill out the dex and having steel/electric has been really fucking useful through the first two islands.

Just got an adamant mudsbray but it's got own tempo. How important is Stamina for in-game? It seems ok but Own Tempo is pretty decent too.

Stamina has been pretty clutch, my mudbray actually really helped through the end of the lurantis trial, and totally decimates the fire trial.

Cutiefly is kind of a dumb design but Ribombee is great. Gives off a very Navi kind of feeling. I like it a lot.
