If you need to waste an ability slot to a Pokemon that requires it to transform, then you cucked it from having an actual ability. Minior os the only form changing Pokemon that actually looks promising. Its ability is actually USEFUL even before it changes form. With Shields Down before it is broken Minior cannot be put under any status condition and its stats change drastically unlike Zygarde 100%. Which only gains some HP and is basically just Zygarde 50% 1,5 edition.
Minior without its meteor protecting it gains an offensive buff and is already covered by a good movepool.
Zygarde got cucked hard
>It got no game representing it unlike its counterparts
>It has zero relevance to the main plot in SM
>It is a poor side quest where you are only rewarded with getting zen mode 2.0 as its ability and not the Comp form as a permanent forme
>All this hype for nothing good
>The gimmicks surrounding it are BAD

>It essentially have no ability and the should rather get a boost to Aura Break, decreasing the effectiveness of Fairy and Dark moves it also should keep the effect it got on Xerneas and Yveltal's abilities and actually lock them down as it is supposed to do.
>Battle Bond does actually something for Greninja by boosting its Water Shuriken, while Power Construct does jackshit for Perfect Zygarde except for healing up a little
If Arceus can get a buff then certainly Zygarde should get a solid and better one next gen.

If facing 10%, just hit it with an Ice move.
If facing 50%, hit it neutrally and then kill it with Ice.

No. Stop. Sure, perfect Zygarde is a bit underwhelming, but it's MUCH better that nothing. It has an ability that's actually useful now instead of being virtually useless, and it also gets access to Thousand Arrows.

It all boils down to the offical source, the games.
Zygarde is just a petty side quest in SM and got no importance at all. The formes are just gimmicks, where as the most desired one is cucked.
Yes, it is nice to actually see a Legendary get some spotlight in the various medias regarding Pokemon, but if that is the price to pay to get a gimped version of the same Pokemon in the games, then no thanks.
Hopefully the manga can do it justice compared to the games...

That would be great, hope its story gets expanded and that the Complete form gets to be a permanent form and that it gets a useful ability. A buff to Aura Break would be wonderful and then the Pokedex entry in Moon would be true, then Zygarde Complete would actually be stronger than Xerneas and Yveltal.
