You don't really understand probability. The chance of getting 3 hits after getting the same 11 times in a row doesn't change, but the chance of getting 3 hits 11 times in a row on its own is very small.

If you're flipping a coin, the chance of getting tails after getting it 10 times in a row isn't any smaller than any other time, but the chance of getting tails 10 times in a row is 0.5^10=0.001.

Anybody that isn't retarded would be able to activate it though. It's the perfect late game sweeper. You just need to run u-turn on it and life orb regular greninja can still hit hard. You just need to switch him in on low health pokemon and if they switch out being afraid of battle bond activating you still get a free hit + u-turn.
