cutscenes are kinda annoying

The early cutscenes are very annoying and the ally calling as well, but the things I love so far:
>team skull seems more like team rocket instead of some super evil team trying to use a legendary pokemon to destroy the world for some poorly thought out reason.

If you're patient and just enjoy the game for what it is, it's really not bad. It's a game for kids, after all.

More fun than XY in my opinion, each location was sorta important. Online features aren't as well done as XY, but the Rotomdex navigation is pretty useful. Some characters are pretty obnoxious. Cutscenes, maybe a bit long, but nothing horrible. Villains aren't obsessed with destruction and are generally likable. Pokemon are really slow this time around, but since everything else is slow, whatever.
