I have been using a resttalk Mudsdale. It's probably not optimal, but there isn't much of a point in having +6 defense when you're in red health.

Bewear is a powerhouse and is easily the best non-legendary/UB Pokémon to come out of this region. Built like a tank thanks to fluffy giving him a base 178 def and over 100 hp, and just as offensive as one with its 120 atk. It's almost impossible for this thing to be one shot by a physical move.

The Tapus are GREAT (Koko, Bulu, and Lele are so good it's terrifying)
The UBS are all OU-worthy or Uber-worthy, except for Guzzlord because we don't really know how to play it, it's a pretty weird mon who is still way bulkier than we expected it to be and for Nihilego, who might be a bit weak..
Zygarde 100% too, this thing is unkillable, and its mains moves haven't been released in Showdown yet so we'll see during the week.

Minior is nice, and really fun to play.
Mimikyu isn't that great. Shadow sneak at +4 isn't even that strong. However, it will be UU or BL, like Hawlucha maybe.
Bewear is good too, but it was quite expected.
Magearna is too good, and will be banned shortly after Aegi and Phemorosa.
Dhelmise will probably be UU, or BL2.
Wishiwashi is a bit strange. Like it's way better than I thought, but still... The meta is too fast and too bulky, I can't see its place in OverUsed..
Alolan Marowak is weird, in the actual "meta", it's a great check and heavy hitter but it will not last.

Since if it's number of fully evolved/single stage then S/M are really lacking in comparison to B/W.

Anything in BL2+ should be considered viable too. Often Pokemon in UU are only UU due to presence of one or two powerful counters or they fit a particular niche extremely well that isn't as reliable as the meta game defining Pokemon in OU.

Araquanid is surprisingly good, 70 Attack seems terrible but Water Bubbles' Adaptability bonus makes Liquidation a fantastic attack that 2HKOs most things that don't resist it. Even with its low HP it's pretty bulky too, especially on the special side. I've been running Liquidation/Leech Life/Crunch/Toxic and it's definitely been a huge help.
A-Persian is also really nifty. It has the fastest Parting Shot in the game, combined with Fake Out and Taunt it can be a real pest, and can allow for my other teammates to easily set up.

It has an effective 190 base attack stat when using Liquidate.

People call Water Bubble one of the most overpowered abilities for a reason. Fire resistance, Burn immunity, and Water attack doubling. Its three fucking abilities (Heatproof, Water Veil, and Huge Power) rolled into one and would be completely broken on most things other than Araquanid.
