Nope. Has to rely on rest for anything. It's essentially a weaker Hippowdon. Any special attack ruins it, and basically anything outspeeds it. Used in ingame and loved it.

that ability is great and so are 120 BP heavy slams and stab earthquakes.

It seems like an incredible Pokemon but I just hate its design so much that I went through the entire game while weak to rock types instead of using it.

heavy slam is amazing. one of the heaviest pokemon and all but 70 pokemon make it always 120 bp. and only about 20 pokemon make it less than 60bp.
