A-persian's only use is to be a bulky parting shot user, so use fur coat. It gets Foul Play for damage, so the rest of it's slots should go to Fake Out, Switcheroo, Hypnosis, Taunt, and Toxic since it learns nothing else worth using. Darkium Z turns Parting Shot into a psuedo-Healing Wish. If you don't want to use that then you can try a Trick Scarf set or something like that with Switcheroo.

The only difference between alolan and normal persian is alolan has 75 special attack/ 60 attack while normal is 70 atk and 65 sp. atk. Im running Alolan Meowth, it just evolved this morning. (at lush jungle now.) It is jolly, level 24 and his sp.atk is 42 and attack is 39 even with that nature hindering it. It learned swift when it evolved and before that i was using Echoed Voice. I think an npc gives you that tm.
