Yeah, once you hit a high enough rank, you'll have the option to say "nice outfit" or something. They'll tell you their favorite piece of clothing and offer to order it for you. You can't choose which clothes they offer, though, so chances are it won't be what you want.

Yes, it appears in the overworld, in a specific area. Looks all rocky and stuff. As soon as you get close it skitters away into a hole so you have to charge right up into it with Tauros or you'll never catch it. If it gets away just enter the nearby Poke Center and it'll respawn in the same spot.

How are you supposed to get past the Skull Grunt on the 2nd floor of the Shady House? I give him the 3 "secret" passwords which I get right but he refuses to let me see Guzma because I need to explore the place to learn Team Skull's story or whatever. I've been clicking everywhere to try and get a lead but I'm lost and it's starting to get frustrating thanks to this game's invisible wall fetish. If you're thinking of evolving Pikachu to use Alolan Raichu's Z-Move, you might actually want to wait until level 42 since it only works with Thunderbolt. Alolan Raichu doesn't learn any level up moves, but it gets Psychic on evolution.

Wishiwashi is your second as you can catch one in Brooklet Hill before Lana asks you to officially start your second trial.
Sandyghast is your third because its at Hano Beach after your second Kahuna fight.
Minior is fourth because it's on the third island on top of that mountain before your fifth trial. Walk down the mountain and go into the grass.
Vulpix (remember, it's Sun exclusive) will be your second-to-last as it's on island three in the grass next to Tapu Village's Pokemon Center.
Mimikyu will be your last as it can only be obtained in the abandoned Thrifty Mart after your sixth trial.

Your team would be filled 2/3rds into the game.
