Great coverage but refusing to give a Special Attacker with Normal type Hyper Beam is fucking retarded. I mean it's not that good competitively, but still fun to use in game.

He gets Nasty Plot and Stored Power which is deadly. Probably gets Calm Mind but I dunno yet.
