I use 248/120/140 EVs in bulk, Careful nature and Spirit Shackle/Toxic/U-Turn/Roost. It surprisingly does well against the likes of Pheromosa and even regular Landorus if they don't run Ice Beam/Knock off, which I haven't seen yet. It also completely screws pretty much everything that doesn't hit really hard or has no Super Effective moves when it traps them. Wish it had leech seed tho.
